i have a small 6.62 ac of land that is land loocked in washington co maryland i would like to know how to start to lower the taxes and how to approach the county for a right away to my land they own the land in front of mine its only 20 feet to the road.

Part of our 3.4 acres of property is classified “wetlands”. Near this on the “up slope” I have 12 pine trees planted. I am raising 14 hens (for eggs)and 1 rooster. I currently have 3 pecan trees, 1 persimmon tree, 2 satsuma trees and adding 2 more satsuma trees and 2 lemon trees. Every spring we plant a vegetable gard. Should we apply for “USE VALUE ASSESSMENT”? Are we eligible for agricultural land, horticultural land, marsh land OR timerberland? We are constantly “working” the land and want to use it to its greatest potential.

Homestead approval letter need resent to my address

my wife and i have already filled out form for homestead act and we have been approved. i misplaced our approval letter and need to have another one sent so i can take and show to my local property tax person, or will they already be able to pull that approval letter up? thanks!
