Too much property tax in PA

Asked by: 43 views Pennsylvania

I built my home 3 yrs ago.  It is located in a small town (population 2,000).  Across the street is a trailer, behind me is a mobile home..parents home below me.  My property taxes are $3,400 a year.  Nobody in this entire area even pays half of what I’m paying.  When I went to get my taxes done by a real estate agent….she said “Oh my god I’ve never seen such high taxes”.  I went to the court house and was told by a clerk that if I dispute it…”My taxes could be raised”.  So I would appreciate your help in anyway.

Thank You
Priscilla

Start with our site http://www.appealtax.com enter your property information and our databases should have your area indexed. Challenging an appeal is as much about information as it is preparation. Get your facts straight and dot your I’s. The city is more than happy to throw out your appeal due to a procedure technicality, they do not want to give up your money.
